Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the MindRep marketing website and of the MindRep Early Access application at start.mindrep.com/pilot/apply (together, “this site” or “this website”). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
This website is operated by MindRep LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with a mailing address at 13 Tammy St., Salem, NH 03079, United States (“MindRep”, “we”, “us”).
2. What this website is
This site is informational and promotional. It describes the MindRep product and lets you request a spot in MindRep Early Access through the Early Access application. You cannot create an account, buy anything, or use the MindRep product on this site. Requesting a spot does not create an account, grant access to the app, or start a trial.
These terms cover this site only. They do not cover the MindRep app, including any accounts and payments.
Who may use MindRep
MindRep Early Access is open to athletes aged 13 and over who live in the United States. Athletes aged 13 to 17 take part only with a parent's or legal guardian's permission, which the MindRep team handles offline, outside this site and the app. MindRep is not for children under 13: the Early Access application collects no contact details for an athlete under 13. This site does not itself verify age; invited athletes give their date of birth when they create an account.
Subscriptions, trials and cancellation
This website does not sell anything. It takes no payment details, starts no free trial, and creates no subscription. Nothing you do here can begin a charge, so there is nothing to cancel on this site — requesting a spot in Early Access starts no trial or subscription, and you can ask us to remove your request at any time.
3. Not professional, medical or mental-health advice
MindRep provides mental performance education and AI coaching. It is not medical or mental-health treatment, and nothing on this website or in the MindRep product is medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional advice. MindRep is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional, and it is not for use in an emergency. AI-generated responses can be inaccurate or incomplete, and should not be relied on as professional advice.
If you are struggling with your mental health, or you are in crisis, please reach out for help right away:
- Call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 24 hours a day.
- Text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line.
- Call 911 if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
This site has no chat, assistant, or AI feature, so there is nothing here that could receive or respond to a message about self-harm. The MindRep app is separate and includes an AI coach, which these terms do not cover.
4. Information about the product may change
This site describes MindRep as it is planned and developed. Features, content, course listings, membership details and availability described here may change, may be delayed, or may not ship as shown, and screens shown on this site are illustrative. Where the site labels something as conceptual, it is not an offer or a promise of a product.
5. Testimonials
Any athlete quotes shown on this site reflect that individual's own experience. They are not a guarantee that you will get the same result, and results vary from person to person.
6. Intellectual property
The MindRep name and logo, and the text, design, graphics, photography and other content on this site, are owned by MindRep or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and share this site normally. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use its content commercially, or use the MindRep name or logo, without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use this site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or overloads it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- submit another person's contact details to the Early Access application without their permission;
- scrape, mirror, or systematically extract the site's content;
- misrepresent your affiliation with MindRep, or interfere with other people's use of the site.
8. Links to other services
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site you reach from here, and a link is not an endorsement.
9. Availability
We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time without notice.
10. Disclaimers
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, and we do not warrant that its content is complete, current, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindRep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of this website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindRep's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of this website is limited to the greater of the amount you paid MindRep in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — for example, liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted, shown as “Last updated” at the top of this page.
13. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and MindRep submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in a small claims court where it qualifies.
If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of the place where you live that cannot be overridden by agreement.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@mindrep.com, or by post to MindRep LLC, 13 Tammy St., Salem, NH 03079, United States.
